WHAT DO WE OFFER
Our core business is high-pressure die-casting, but our goal is to offer more complex article, therefore we are working on our competences in the field of mechanical machining of the castings. To assure the customer as many services as possible by one supplier, we also offer assemblying and powder coating. The latter we do not do by ourselves, but are using the service of sub-supplier nearby. Offering more services can be definitelly considered as an advantage for the customer.
To assure as few interruptions in the production as possible we are equipped with machines for minor repairs of the casting tools, we are also able to produce simple tools by ourselves, but our long-term objective is being able to produce complete and complex casting tools by ourselves.
Tehnologies
To be able to fulfill customer’s orders, following technologies are being used:
- Technology of high-pressure die-casting of closing forces from 400 to 950 tons
- Technology of mechanical machining with machines type Fanuc, Haas and Okuma
Because we are aware, that for customers it is very important to deliver not only quality parts, but also clean parts, one of the possibilities that we offer is cleaning in a special device with modified alcohol. .
Beside above mentioned equipment we have also other devices on disposal, that are necessary to keep the production running without major disturbancies.
Casting simulation
Our wish is to find an optimal solution for the customers and on the other hand to eliminate eventual problems in the earliest development phase of the casting. This we can perform by casting simulation, which is done by special software and which is also very helpful for us in the process of die-casting. It helps to abort or eliminate the most of casting failures as porosity and shrinking. With casting simulation we can also anticipate, whether the construction of tool will actually function.
Beside that we are regularly performing classes to educate our employees. Our main goal is to make employees on all levels aware, that top quality is one of the main factors, that the company as a whole is able to follow its objects and nevertheless to be able to grow and to develop.
Products
The spectrum of our products are aluminium castings, which are used or are built-in in the parts from different industry branches:
- the major part of our products is destined for automotive industry in form of heatsinks for headlamps,
- ventilation industry,
- heating technique,
- agricultural technique
- industrial parts
- hand-tools
As listed above are the parts, that we produce, of a different kind, but for all goes the common request from customers to have delivered top quality parts.
As nowadays time is very valuable, the customers wish to have as many operations as possible done by one supplier, not only because of time component, but also because of cost efficiency. With our sub – suppliers we offer also powder coating of outer surfaces, the service of assembling we do by ourselves.
Tools
Quality tools have great impact on quality parts, therefore it is very important to have a good cooperation with the toolmaker, who produces tools acc. to our / customer’s request and specification. We have a sister company Telkom – OT d.o.o. situated near Maribor (SLO), that we cooperate very good with, but also other domestic producers. Of course it is also possible, that the customer choses the toolmaker by himself and with whom we than define all the technical requirements and other necessary details.
Quality
We do not wish to keep things running by chance. Therefore one of our major priorities in our activities is to assure quality of produced parts. We lay great stress on process optimisation as well as implementing continuous improvements – in production and by offered services.
For our activity we obtained certificate ISO 9001:2015.
To assure the quality requested we have on disposal following control equipment:
- X –ray device
- 3D measurement device
- spectrometer
- SPC – Statistical Process Control
- other handy control devices
